Gold, pearl and diamond flower pendant “Lilly”

Sublime pendant from the 60s in 18 carat gold featuring a floral motif with a cluster of 3 cultured pearls of increasing size (diameters 2mm, 4mm and 5mm) held on a yellow gold stem and topped with a white gold leaf. The latter, with a grained pattern, is set with a small 8×8 cut diamond. Held by a mobile bail, this delicate pendant is to be adopted without delay to give it a new life.
