  1. What is the difference between my shipping and billing address?

The delivery address must be that of the person who receives the package, while the billing address corresponds to the person who places the order and therefore the one who paid the invoice.

  1. What are the delivery times?

ÓNÍSÌ PARIS ensures that you are delivered as soon as possible. 

France: 1-5 working days

Europe (excluding France): 3-8 working days

North America, Asia, Australia, Africa, Other: 5-15 working days


  1. Can I return my order?

In the event that the piece of jewelry ordered does not meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or refund within 14 days after reception of the package.

The refund or exchange will only be accepted if the jewelry is in its initial state and if it does not show any damage.

Returns are not accepted on jewelry that has been resized, personalized, or modified in any way.
