All our jewelry has a warranty for a period of one year from the date on your invoice. Thus, we undertake to repair free of charge any manufacturing or other defect provided that this defect is not related to the use made of it by the customer, nor to natural wear.

All our jewels have been certified by professionals prior to their purchase: jewelers, gemologists, auctioneers or antique dealers specializing in antique jewelry. For any purchase on our site, an ÓNÍSÌ PARIS authentication certificate is given to you. It is to be preserved preciously.

For the moment, ÓNÍSÌ PARIS does not offer a fitting service for its jewelry, however you have 14 days to return the purchased item free of charge if it does not bring you complete satisfaction. For this you can print the form and the return label to download in your personal space, section “your order”, after receipt of the jewel.

We speak of antique jewelry for a jewel that dates from before 1930. A vintage jewel is a jewel dated between 1990 and 1930. Finally, a second-hand jewel is a contemporary jewel that has already had at least one life. ÓNÍSÌ PARIS offers the 3 types even if vintage and antique jewelry make up the bulk of the offer.

To make sure you choose the right size, you can use 2 methods:

Measure an existing ring

  1. Select an existing ring that matches the desired finger.
  2. Measure the inner diameter of the ring (in mm).
  3. Use the table below to determine the size of your ring.

Measure the circumference of your finger

Wrap a strip of paper on your finger where you would like to wear the ring.

Make sure the paper fits tightly to your finger.

Mark where the two edges of the paper strip meet and measure the distance with a ruler (mm).

My account

To create your customer area, simply click on the icon at the top right “My account” and follow the instructions.

You can find the history of your orders in your customer area under the heading “order history”.

To change your password, you will need to access your customer area and go to the “change my password” section.

To add a new address, go to the “View addresses” section and click “Add a new address”.
To edit an address, click “Edit” at the bottom left of the address you want to change.
To delete an address, click on “Delete” at the bottom left of the address you want to delete.

My order

Each order being sent by La Poste, it will be enough to bring you the tracking number of the package and go to the section track my package.

The processing time generally varies from 3 to 5 working days, except for pruning or other workshop work.
