Sublime ring from the 60s in 18 carat gold featuring a gorgeous Japanese pearl known as mabé pearl, blooming on a gold bezel setting worked in corolla. The pearl,  in a rare pinkish hue, has a sublime orient oscillating between silver and bluish-grey. A feminine piece with delicate work to wear every day.

The story: Mabé pearls occupy a singular place in the pearl world thanks to their delicately organically spherical shape. Born against the oyster wall, the pearls are made of mother-of-pearl that slowly develops into thin iridescent layers, revealing a soft, aquatic glow oscillating between satin white, delicate pink and opalescent cream. Appreciated from Japan at the end of the nineteenth century to contemporary jewelry, they are associated with femininity, softness and intuition.
