The story: it is appropriate to talk about pearls but also about Belgian clasps! Indeed, over the centuries, pearls have been associated with femininity, purity, wisdom and peace. The Greeks gave it the name “Tears of Aphrodite” in reference to the goddess of love, hence the name of this jewel. If pearls are precious, so are Alpa gold clasps. Indeed, they differ from butterfly clasps, the most common, by their ingenious closure system. By simply pressing the two buttons on either side of the clasp, an orifice is revealed to allow the shank of your earring to be slipped in.
