A gorgeous American style wedding band from the 1940’s, in 18 carat white gold set with small diamonds cut 8×8. To wear as a wedding ring or layered with other rings, this minimalist ring catches the eye thanks to the incredible fire of its diamonds.

The story: the name “American wedding band”, which corresponds to a wedding band entirely set with diamonds, probably comes from the jeweler de Beers. Although South African, the latter popularized the wear of diamond wedding bands and engagement rings in the United States in the 40s, especially with the slogan “A diamond is forever”. Nevertheless, the first diamond wedding rings appeared in Europe as early as the Middle Ages.
