Sublime 18-carat gold ring from the 70s with a motif reminiscent of the lucky sign of the protective eye consisting of a 0.25-carat brilliant-cut Ceylon sapphire representing the iris and two yellow gold arabesques forming the contours of the eye. The shoulders of the ring, formed by two shimmering arabesques, come together to form a simple ring. Revealing the skin through its central openwork pattern, this symbolic and elegant piece will become unique with the wearer.

This unique piece had a previous life in Greece.

The story: The blue eye, often depicted as an amulet called a nazar, has been a symbol of protection and serenity for millennia. It is believed to have the power to repel negative energies and bring good luck and harmony to the wearer. Native to Mediterranean cultures, especially ancient Greece and Turkish traditions, it is designed to deflect the “evil eye,” a malevolent force associated with jealousy or envy. Worn in the form of jewelry or accessories, the blue eye is perceived as a spiritual shield, sending bad luck back to its sender and bringing peace and serenity.
