Description
Sublime 19th century 18-carat gold cluster ring featuring a 0.1-carat brilliant-cut blue sapphire in a prong setting, haloed with 8 rose-cut diamonds of approximately 0.01 carat each in grain setting on white gold. This daisy motif is centered on a simple warm gold ring ending in an arrowhead on either side of the central motif. A classic and elegant piece where the warmth of gold contrasts with the sparkling whiteness of diamonds and the vibrance of the indigo blue of sapphire.

This unique piece had a previous life in France.
The story: Appearing at the end of the nineteenth century, the marguerite ring (called cluster ring in English) has become one of the great classics of French jewelry. Inspired by the delicate shape of the daisy flower (marguerite in French), it features a central stone — often a sapphire, ruby or diamond — surrounded by a halo of small stones that amplify its brilliance. This play of light, made possible by the progress of cutting and setting at the time, creates a refined and romantic effect. A symbol of elegance and femininity, the daisy has survived the decades without losing its charm. Heir to traditional jewelry know-how, it remains today an essential ring to celebrate precious moments and transmit timeless beauty.
