The Story: Among the oldest stones known to mankind, turquoise occupies a mythical place. Venerated for more than 3,000 years, it adorned the tombs of the pharaohs, Persian talismans and Native American adornments. Its name comes from the French Turkish stone, in reference to the Eastern roads that led it to Europe. While the sky blue variety is the most famous, green turquoise, extracted in particular in Iran, Tibet and the southwestern United States, seduces with its deep shades, mixing copper and earth. A symbol of balance and protection, it connects heaven and earth, bringing serenity to the wearer — a universal talisman that combines natural beauty with spiritual heritage.
