Adorable 18k yellow gold pendant from the 60s in the shape of a heart, consisting of a chiseled, open gold border in the center of which is a 0.7 cm diameter cultured pearl. The chiseling of the gold brings an incomparable sparkle to the pendant while the whiteness of the pearl catches the light.
