The story: Throughout civilizations and centuries, bees have embodied harmony, perseverance, and the sacred connection between all living things, testifying to a deep connection between man and nature. In ancient Egypt, they were associated with royalty and the divine, considered messengers of the gods and symbols of eternity. In Greek mythology, they appear alongside the goddess Artemis and the nymph Melissa, representing fertility, community, and purity. As for the Celtic traditions, they saw in the bee an intermediary between the worlds, bearer of wisdom and transforming energy.
