Sublime 18k gold ring from the 30’s featuring a 4 carat elongated oval-cut amethyst. In a bezel setting and encircled with gold worked like a rope pattern, the amethyst is enhanced on a chased gold bezel and on a shoulder ring worked in the same rope pattern.
