This unique piece had a previous life in France.

The story: Aquamarine, a light blue variety of beryl, has been admired since ancient times for its color evoking the crystal clear waters of the sea. Its name comes from the Latin aqua marina, meaning “sea water”, and Roman sailors wore it as a talisman to ensure their protection and guarantee a peaceful crossing. A symbol of serenity, courage and clarity of mind, aquamarine was also said to promote communication, harmony and sincere connections. Highly appreciated in jewelry, especially during the Art Deco period for its transparency and delicate brilliance, it remains today a precious stone prized for its timeless elegance and its inseparable link with the marine world.
