Stunning 18k yellow gold 70s ring set with a one-carat azure blue oval-cut topaz framed on each side by a 0.1-carat brilliant-cut white sapphire in a prong setting. A feminine and delicate piece where the sky blue of the topaz is complimented by the white of the sapphires.
