The Story: Diamonds help us define the era of antique jewelry, as their cut has evolved over time. From handcrafted rose-cut diamonds from the sixteenth century to the old-cut diamonds from the nineteenth century to the modern 57-faceted brilliant-cut diamond, laser-cut for optimal light reflection, the diamond can betray the age of the jewels.
